Geissele Automatics is a premier manufacturer of innovative parts and accessories for the AR-15 family of rifles. The Geissele Super Precision Scope Mounts are designed to provide shooters with an optically perfect mounting platform for the most demanding of applications. These mounts are machined from 7075-T6 high-strength aluminum and offer superior repeatability when paired with Geissele and the most popular MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rails. Additionally, they feature three shear lug attachment points that ensure maximum rigidity between your rifle and optic while providing a secure fit.
The Geissele Super Precision Scope Mounts also provide an extended 20 MOA/20 Mil cantilever design that puts your optic at an ideal height which helps keep it out of harm's way during rough terrain or other challenging operations. This improved ergonomics allows you to quickly acquire targets without having to adjust your eye relief or reticle positioning. The cantilever design also offers a generous amount of eye relief, allowing you to focus on precision shots in any situation.
In addition to being exceptionally rigid, the Geissele Super Precision Scope Mounts have been engineered for extreme accuracy as well as outstanding durability in any environment. The recoil lugs are precisely CNC machined from hardened steel which results in a super tight tolerance fit between the base and rail interface; this ensures that the mount will stay firmly locked in place even after extended periods of heavy recoil or harsh environmental conditions such as intense heat or cold temperatures.
When purchasing a Geissele Super Precision Scope Mount, you have the option of choosing from two different color variations: black hard-coat anodized or desert dirt color (DDC). Both finishes protect against corrosion while providing excellent wear resistance which makes them ideal for all kinds of applications - ranging from recreational shooting to military operations. Furthermore, these superior scope mounts come with a lifetime warranty, so you can rest assured that your optics will be securely mounted within its rugged construction no matter what comes your way!
The best scope mounts from Geissele are an essential part of any AR build, offering a secure fit for your chosen optic. They're available in a variety of options and sizes to match different rail setups, with some even having quick-detach options for easy removal when you need to clean the gun.
A quality mount will keep your scope safe and steady - so you can focus on hitting targets rather than keeping the crosshairs still. If you're looking for the best scope mount for your setup, we've got plenty of recommendations from Geissele here.
Just be sure to check that it's compatible with your chosen optic - especially if it's a high-magnification model like a 5x or 6x– as larger scopes can put more strain on smaller mounts, which may not be able to handle their weight without sagging or twisting out of alignment.

The mounting surface on the super precision scope mount spans 7 Picatinny sections and utilizes 4 shear lugs. These mounts use geissele's update of the classic nut and bolt method for clamping the mount to the Picatinny rail, which is the most secure method of attaching your scope to your weapon. Each nut and bolt combination provides 1,400 pounds of clamping force, much more than any lever mounting arrangement.
The Geissele super precision mounts are available in 7075-T6 hhigh-strengthaluminum. To create a mount with the best possible return to zero we machine the entire mount from a single piece of billet aluminum. This allows us to add pockets and ribs throughout the mount for added strength and rigidity. It allows us to line-bore the caps to each another and then serialize the caps to the body.
The line bore operation creates the best possible fit to the body of your scope so that you can apply proper torque without fear of crushing or damaging the body of your scope.
Another advantage of machining from a single piece of aluminum is that we acancreate a mount with cap locations that will suit a wide variety of scopes. These mounts will be available in standard, extended, and Hyper extended lengths. All mounts will also be available in zero and 20 MOA cant options, available in either black type 3 hard coat anodize or our proprietary Ddc (Desert dirt color) type 3 hard coat anodize.

Geissele Automatics Super Precision MRO Series Optic Mount Absolute Co-Witness, Black
Super Precision MRO Series Optic Mount Absolute Co-Witness, Black
The Geissele Super Precision MRO Series is a very solid mount that can handle the recoil of most standard firearms. It's also really lightweight and easy to use, which makes it a great choice for anyone who doesn't want to fiddle with their gun too much during outdoor shooting.
The clamping force with a classic nut on this mount is 1,400 pounds – while some other mounts can reach as high as 3,000 pounds, that's still pretty impressive. The three shear lugs ensure an incredibly secure fit and are designed to return to zero every time you adjust your optic.

05-401B Super Precision T1 Series Optic Mount Absolute Co-Witness, Black
The Geissele Super Precision T1 Series is a great choice for anyone looking for a high-quality, super-precise aiming system that's compatible with any firearm. It mounts directly to your firearm using the Nut and Bolt method, and it includes top-notch construction from 7075 aluminum alloy.
As one of the most expensive aiming systems out there, you would expect this to mount perfectly every time without any movement or slop in sight. That it does; this is one of the best precision riflescopes money can buy. The only downside is its price compared to other options on our list like the Trijicon ACOG RMR Mounts – but at that cost, you get unparalleled accuracy that no other product can match.

Super Precision SOPMOD Certified Vortex 1-6 30mm Scope Mount DDC Desert Dirt Color
The Geissele Super Precision SOPMOD Mount is a solid choice for anyone who wants the absolute best in terms of precision and stability. It's designed to work with both red dot and scope systems, but it'll also work well with other types of shooting systems too.
It doesn't come cheap, though. The price tag on this mount means you're paying a premium for that level of precision. However, if you want a shooting system that can handle anything from hunting to competition shooting, then this is worth the cost. As such, it's hard not to pick the best rifle scope mount money can buy – especially if you need it to support an ultra-precise red dot sight system or high-power scopes like those used by snipers.
Geissele Super Precision T1 Series Optic Mount 1.93” Height DDC (Desert Dirt Color)
Super Precision T1 Series Optic Mount 1.93” Height DDC (Desert Dirt Color)
As with the other Geissele super precision weapons systems we tested, the T1 series is a purpose-built mount system. It was specifically designed to improve your aim and accuracy when shooting rifles and shotguns. It's also ideal if you're looking for something that can be used on any firearm without worrying about fitting or compatibility issues.
The base of this optic mount is solid aluminum, which means it weighs in at only 3 ounces - so even though it's made from lightweight materials, you'll still feel comfortable mounting this to your weapon. This weight helps reduce recoil and stabilize shots as well as improve accuracy. The height of the mount itself is 1.93 inches – which is not too high but will suit most rifles and shotguns out there today - especially those that use magnified optics such as scopes or red dots.
